We welcome Richard Miscovich, this year’s keynote speaker. Richard has been baking in wood-fired ovens since 1995 and leading popular workshops at the Kneading Conference since 2008. Richard teaches artisan bread baking at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and also teaches wood-fired oven cooking and bread baking classes around the country.
