Please join the Maine Grain Alliance for an evening of wine, cheese, beer and bread led by internationally renown wine and food writer Francis Percival. Francis writes for The World of Fine Wine and has been honored as the Louis Roederer Best International Wine Columnist and Pio Cesare Food & Wine Writer of the Year.

With Bronwen Percival, Francis is the coauthor of Reinventing the Wheel: Milk, Microbes, and the Fight for Real Cheese, forthcoming from the University of California Press in September 2017. Francis teaches classes for Neal’s Yard Dairy and is the cofounder of London Gastronomy Seminars, a long-running series of lectures and talks dedicated to making the technical side of food and drink fun and accessible.

This pairing event will feature bread made from local grains, Maine artisan cheeses (as well as a few of Francis’s favorites from the UK), and hand selected wines.

If you are able, the newly opened Miller’s Table at Maine Grains invites you to grab supper before or after the pairing. We recommend a reservation at the Miller’s Table for those wishing to dine. Reservations can be made at (207) 612-5322.
