The breads baked in the wood-fired production workshop will be sold at the Artisan Bread Fair on Saturday, July 27th. Participants in the workshop will set up a vendor’s booth, display the breads they made, and sell them to the public. The Artisan Bread Fair is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and workshop participants are required to help with the booth, including cleanup at the end of the Fair.
Michael Rhoads, head baker for Bread Alone and Sharon Burns-Leader, co-founder and baker for Bread Alone will lead this three day intensive.
