Reviving Grains in the Hudson Valley: 10th Anniversary Convening

Maine Grain Alliance Executive Director Tristan Noyes will be speaking at a convening hosted by Milestone Mills.

In 2013, Milestone Mills hosted the first grains-focused convening in the Hudson Valley with the goal of bringing together farmers, millers, brewers, maltsters, bakers, researchers and other professionals focused on grains. This one-day convening was called “Reviving Grains in the Hudson Valley” and resulted in a series of recommendations and projects and more grains being grown and processed in the region. To enable reflection on the past ten years and to foster this continued collaboration, they will be hosting what promises to be an engaging event with featured speakers, locally sourced food, and discussions with attendees.
