Do you plan to attend the 2014 Kneading Conference? Here are some important notes.
PRE-REGISTRATION & PREPAYMENT ARE REQUIRED.
Please register early to assure your place. The registration fee is $300 and includes all meals from Thursday breakfast through Friday lunch.
2014 SCHEDULE NOTE: We will be posting the 2014 schedule as the details develop in the coming months. Please check our website for more information. As soon as the schedule is final, we will send out an email linking to information about the presenters and workshops. So be sure to sign up for emails here.
All talks, workshops, and demonstrations are open to all attendees with the exception of the Wood-Fired Production Bakery workshop.
WOOD-FIRED PRODUCTION BAKERY: The Wood-Fired Production Bakery Workshop is the only workshop with limited enrollment. Please email Rachel Crater at email@example.com, for more information.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: A Continuing Education Credit (CEU) is available for attending the Kneading Conference. We will make applications for 1 credit available to be filled out at the Kneading Conference and signed by Dr. Harold “Dusty” Dowse, University of Maine, who will make an announcement to that effect at the conference.
SKOWHEGAN STATE FAIRGROUNDS CAMPSITES: Campsites at the Fairgrounds cost $25 per night, per site. Each site can accommodate one large tent or one vehicle. Hook ups for water and electricity are available. Reservations are taken on a rolling basis. For more information and to reserve a site click here: Camping Registration.
REFUNDS: Cancellations before July 20th will receive a full refund. Cancellations after July 20th and after will be refunded, less a non-refundable deposit of $100.
