Blueberry Vinaigrette

Matt Dubois and Lisa Stern

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tsp dijon (or your choice) mustard

1 Tbs fresh Basil

S+P to taste

1.5 cup extra virgin olive oil 

blend first ingredients and then add oil very slowly to create an emulsion
